How do I know which size of boxing gloves to choose?

Boxing glove sizes are measured in ounces (oz). Generally, 10oz to 12oz are ideal for bag work, while 14oz to 16oz are recommended for sparring to provide maximum protection for you and your partner.

Does Venum offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our high-performance combat sports equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method at checkout.

What is your return policy for combat gear?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags. For hygiene reasons, mouthguards and protective cups cannot be returned once opened.

How should I care for my Venum fight shorts and rashguards?

To preserve the life of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Avoid using bleach or ironing, as high heat can damage the technical fabrics and sublimated prints.

Are Venum products covered by a warranty?

All Venum products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear from intensive training sessions.
